Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love and enjoy your Luxuree Skincare & Bath purchase. However, we know that sometimes things that disrupt the usual enjoyable shopping experience happen beyond our control. Our team is happy to support you in rectifying any challenges you may face in receiving and using our products, and we have outlined the following Return and Refund Policy to help make the transition of goods from you back to us as smooth as possible. Read thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions.

I. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

II. Time Frame for Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the lotions, moisturizers, washes, salts, and soaks in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original caps, spillage protection, and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

III. To Start a Return For a Refund

Customers who experience trouble with their purchase and need to start an order or exchange can do so on our Returns and Exchange page. Follow the promptings on the pages to initiate a return, and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting Luxuree Skincare & Bath will not accept a return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like dried goods (such as teas) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Communications Regarding Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved within five business days. If approved, Luxuree Skincare & Bath will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

IV. To Start A Product Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are available within 14 days of the original purchase, and you can initiate a trade through our Returns and Exchanges page
